I believe most
of you will agree that beauty does not come from expensive creams,
time-consuming in-salon treatments and exotic “potions”, promising to make you
look 20 years longer and to erase all of your wrinkles overnight. It might
sound cliché, but beauty comes from within – what you eat, how stressed you
are, how many hours you sleep, how often you smile, etc.

that doesn’t mean you have to stop applying moisturizer, exfoliating or removing
your makeup before bed. Taking care of your skin externally plays a huge role
in maintaining its health, but doesn’t require splurging on ridiculously expensive skin care items. Truth be told, sometimes, the simplest, inexpensive things turn
out to be way more effective, compared to serums, in luxurious packaging, that
promise the world.

with you 5 of my favorute, inexpensive, at-home, all-natural rituals for beautiful skin.

Coffee Scrub

Using coffee
grounds for exfoliation is not something I’ll surprise you with. But have you
ever tried it? As simple as it sounds, this beauty ritual can literally
transform your skin in 5 minutes only. It leaves it baby-soft to the touch, super
smooth and ready to absorb fully any treatment you are going to apply –
moisturizer, serum or cream. If you have dry skin, mix the coffee grounds with
any oil of choice – this will re-hydrate the skin and make it even softer.
