What’s Hot This Spring: Makeup Looks to Try

Springs is already here and with it, have come some new (or maybe
not-so-new, but still exciting) beauty trends we genuinely love. Today we’ll
share with you our favorite makeup looks for the season, and we truly hope
you’ll enjoy them as much as we do.

Red Lips

You can never go wrong with red lips. And this season is no
exception.

As long as you pick the right shade of red for your skin
undertone, you can pull off red lips both during the day, and/or in the
evening. If you don’t feel confident enough to wear fiery lip during the day, a
lip balm or gloss with a hint of red will do the trick. Red lips make you look
fresh and sexy, so don’t hesitate to incorporate this color in your daily makeup routine.

Sun-kissed Skin

Bronze skin is never out of fashion, and it’s definitely a
look you can pull off, no matter the season.

Are you impatient to head to the beach? Apply bronzer on the cheeks, forehead and jawline, to add nice summery glow to your complexion. Makeup
artists confirm:
Effortless glam is
the new black”.

What’s best about bronzy shades is that they compliment
every skin tone (and undertone) and can work with any eye color.

What to Try: La Mav Sun Kissed Bronzer

PS:
If you want your skin to be the focus of the whole look,
opt for nude/sheer lip colors.

The No-Makeup Makeup Look

The No-Makeup
makeup look has been very popular for several years now, and this season, it is
still among the favorite looks of many makeup artists, working backstage, at
major fashion/beauty events, all over the world. (YAY for this!)

I believe, the majority of our readers will agree that even
though smoky eyes and bold red lips are sexy, there is nothing prettier than healthy, radiant skin. Apply some BB cream, a bit of blush and mascara, and you are good
to go. Easy, pretty and trendy. Embracing the natural beauty of your skin feels
nice, doesn’t it?

What to Try: La Mav Organic BB Creme

PS: To increase the longevity of your makeup (even though
it’s technically considered
no-makeup
makeup), don’t forget to start with a good primer.

Pastel Pink

Once you give your cheeks a healthy flush, head to your
eyes. Yes, you’ve read it right. Pastel pink all over the lids looks feminine,
sensual and fresh. Try it!

PS: If you don’t feel comfortable wearing pink eye shadows alone,
you can always combine them with winged eyeliner. Trust me – this combo will
change the way you look at “pink” as an eye shadow color.
