Shipping & Delivery Information 

At LAMAV Organic Skin Science, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you’ll find detailed information about our Australian, New Zealand, and international shipping. 

 

Shipping Within Australia & New Zealand 

All orders are processed and fulfilled within 24–48 hours after being received (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

Delivery Timeframes 

  • Standard delivery: 1–7 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal demand

  • Delays may occur during peak periods and public holidays

Shipping Costs 

  • Free standard shipping on all Australian and New Zealand orders over $75.00

  • A flat rate of $9.95 applies to orders under $75.00

Note: The order total must exceed $75.00 after all discounts, coupon codes, or automatic promotions are applied to qualify for free shipping. 

 

International Shipping 

International orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within one business day of being received. 

Delivery Timeframes 

  • Estimated delivery: 7–28 business days, depending on destination

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or local postal services. 

Duties & Customs 

  • LAMAV is not responsible for import duties, VAT, customs fees, or delays imposed by the destination country 

  • Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer

Shipping Restrictions 

We currently do not ship to South America or South Africa. 

 

Important Delivery Notices 

  • In rare cases, international deliveries may take longer than 3–4 weeks due to unforeseen circumstances

  • Once a delivery signature is obtained, the order is considered successfully delivered

  • LAMAV is not responsible for delays or issues arising after delivery confirmation
