Shipping policy

Shipping in Australia 

Orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hours after being received.

Delivery times are 1-7 business days, depending upon your location and postal demand (expect delays during the holidays!). For Australia Post standard delivery timetables, click here.

All Australian and NZ orders over $69.50 will receive free standard shipping. For Australian and NZ order under $69.50, we charge a flat rate of $9.95.

*The order total must be over $59.95 after any discount codes are used or any automatic discounts are applied.

International Shipping 

All international orders over $195 ship for free*. The shipping fees for orders below $195 are calculated at checkout.

Orders will depart our Sydney warehouse one business day after being received, and will take 7-28 business days to arrive, depending upon location. A tracking number will be provided once the order has shipped.  La Mav is not responsible for any applicable import fees, VAT, or customs delays.

*The order total must be $195 before the shipping fee is added /after any discount codes are used or any automatic discounts are applied.

Please note: we do not ship to South America or South Africa.

Disclaimer: In a minor number of instances, due to unforeseen circumstances international orders could take more than 3-4 weeks to arrive.
