What are skincare boosters, and how do they work?

LAMAV boosters are formulated with a particular combination of potent bio-actives to boost your skin’s hydration levels, support collagen production, smooth and nourish the skin. Designed to work in conjunction with your current skincare routine, they can either be used alone or layered with LAMAV serums, oils and moisturisers.

Are your skincare boosters suitable for all skin types?

Yes! However we always recommend a patch test prior to using new skincare products.

What is the difference between a skincare booster and a serum?

LAMAV’s skincare boosters contain a potent and concentrated blend of bio-actives to boost skin health. LAMAV Serums also contain bio-actives but they are also formulated with other skin loving ingredients to hydrate, plump and brighten, making their potency less concentrated.

Can I mix skincare boosters with my moisturiser or serum?

We don’t recommend mixing products because it can reduce their effectiveness, however our boosters were made to be layered with your chosen serums, moisturisers and oils to amplify your results.

Do I need to use sunscreen with a skincare booster?

We recommend all skin types apply sunscreen as the last step in your skincare routine every day.

Can I use a skincare booster during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

Whilst our skincare range (including our boosters) is suitable for all skin types, we recommend those who are pregnant or breastfeeding patch test prior to use as skin can become more sensitive throughout pregnancy.
