I struggle to fall asleep and I used this mask last night and within 30 minutes I fell asleep. The warmth was so nice around my eyes, I wear glasses all day and this mask helped my tired eyes. I don't think I realised how much tension I was holding in my eyes. When I put it on I felt instantly more relaxed and fell asleep almost straight away. Lavender is definitely my favourite for the added layer of relaxation.
