Use a sterile pin or needle to pierce the seal. Apply to clean moist face, neck and décolletage avoiding the delicate eye area. Gently massage in circular motions. For best results, leave on the skin for a few minutes to allow deeper penetration of AHA's. Rinse off with lukewarm water and a cleansing cloth. Follow with your favourite LAMAV Toner, Serum and Moisturiser. Use 2-3 times per week as part of your nightly routine.

This scrub is a great combo of active and physical exfoliation. I moisten my skin and leave on for 5 mins when washing my hair. It's not harsh but I do only gently scrub and my skin feels regenerated afterwards. I struggle w blackheads and use this twice a week and find it has done the trick. A little goes a long way.

I bought this from Nourished Life and needed help opening the tube so contacted lamav customer service. While they were really helpful in assisting how to open the tube Lucy also told me to leave this product on for a few minutes and that tip was a game-changer. First, this exfoliator smells like Matcha (I lovee Matcha). It works so well to take all blotchiness away but is not harsh and does not irritate my skin. I let it sit for few minutes for the AHA's to work on the skin. After only three weeks of use my skin had a polished and glowing look!! I am in love with this product!

I don't have acne but get clogged pores if I am not regularly with scrub. The dead skin cells make my skin look very dull. I tried this scrub for the first time and I am so happy that it actually gets the job done.

This is a very gentle exfoliator which has reduced my dead skin cells from my face considerably. I thought that this would be harsh on my skin like the rest of the exfoliators and give me red bumps but NO!!!! It is an absolutely amazing product that gives my skin a clean and glowing look!

The smell, colour and consistency of the product is really nice, however it feels like nothing on my face, no tingle or anything. I am not sure if it is doing anything. I have definately used more powerful enzyme exfoliators/masks than this, however I will keep using it and hope I see/feel some results. I also don't like the fact that the masks are in aluminium tubes. The heavy metals will leach into the products and because they are applied directly to the skin the metals are absorbed right into the blood stream.

Nice Matcha colour. It feels great after using it on my combination skin. Label says to leave on for a few minutes and it worked. Skin is exfoliated so well after using this.

I love nothing more than to support all-natural Australian made products, especially when they are this awesome! I was a little dubious about using an exfoliant as I have super sensitive skin but this product is so gentle, and doesn't cause any discomfort or redness. So soft, gentle, and extremely exfoliating. I can literally say that by using this AHA Exfoliant my skin has become more radiant, supple, and smooth.

Simply the best exfoliant I’ve used for my sensitive skin. Surprisingly it just makes my skin feel calm, balanced, clean & soft. Lots of exfoliants are really drying and irritating to my skin, but I can use this one 2-3x a week and get smoother.. hydrated skin, right before applying serums. LAMAV is my new self-care.
