Returns Policy

If you experience sensitivity or an allergic reaction to La Mav Organic Skin Science products, we’re happy to return and exchange as follows:
Products purchased through a La Mav stockist must be returned to that retailer for a refund or exchange, per the stockist’s returns policy.
Products purchased at www.lamav.com can be returned for a credit or exchange provided you
- Email social@lamav.com to request a return, advising the reason for your return within 14 days of receiving your order. Our Customer Service team will guide you through our returns process.
( Please note change of mind returnsare not accepted .) - Return the products (at your own cost) to La Mav within 14 days of contacting us.
- Where an allergic reaction has occurred, please send us a photo so we can assist.
A credit will be issued within 14 days of receiving your completed return application. You will be notified via email once your credit has been processed. Exchanges will be processed and dispatched within 3-5 working days of returning your products to La Mav. Return shipping, re-shipping and handling charges are at your expense.
If a product does not match the description on the website, please contact us immediately at social@lamav.com to arrange an exchange. Only unused, unopened products will be exchanged.
If you made an error when placing your order, it might not be possible for us to add or swap anything out. We will try to issue an exchange provided you email us at social@lamav.com or call us immediately and return the goods unused and unopened. Return shipping and re-shipping will be at your own expense.
La Mav does not take responsibility for return shipments or reimbursement of lost packages. Sale items are considered final, and any promotional offers that have expired between the time of purchase and exchange will be invalid.

Free Products/Promotions
Our cart doesn’t allow more than one coupon code to be applied per order i.e. if there is an ongoing promo for free product with purchase that requires using a special code, it cannot be used in conjunction with any discount codes, nor reward points.
Please note that coupon codes for discounts cannot be used for the purchase of Travel Packs.

Orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hours after being received.
Delivery times are 1-7 business days, depending upon your location and postal demand (expect delays during the holidays!). For Australia Post standard delivery timetables, click here.
All Australian and NZ orders over $69.95 will receive free standard shipping. For Australian and NZ order under $69.95, we charge a flat rate of $9.95.
*The order total must be over $69.95 after any discount codes are used or any automatic discounts are applied.
International Shipping
Orders will depart our Sydney warehouse one business day after being received, and will take 7-28 business days to arrive, depending upon location. A tracking number will be provided once the order has shipped. La Mav is not responsible for any applicable import fees, VAT, or customs delays.
Please note: we do not ship to South America or South Africa.
Disclaimer: In a minor number of instances, due to unforeseen circumstances international orders could take more than 3-4 weeks to arrive.

SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 – WOOCOMMERCE
Our store is hosted on Woocommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Woocommerce’s data storage, databases and the general Woocommerce application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Woocommerce stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
