Returns & Exchanges Policy – LAMAV Organic Skin Science

At LAMAV Organic Skin Science, we are confident that you—and your skin—will love our certified organic skincare products. However, as skin scientists, we understand that every skin type is unique. In rare cases, even natural and certified organic ingredients may cause sensitivity. 

If you experience a reaction or have an issue with your order, our Returns & Exchanges Policy is outlined below.

 

Returns for Products Purchased via Stockists

If you purchased LAMAV products from an authorised stockist, returns and exchanges must be processed directly through that retailer, in accordance with their individual returns policy. 

 

Returns for Products Purchased from www.lamav.com 

Products purchased directly from lamav.com may be eligible for a credit or exchange, subject to the conditions below: 

  • You must email social@lamav.com within 14 days of receiving your order, clearly stating the reason for return. 

  • Our Customer Service team will guide you through the return process. 

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of contacting us. 

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. 

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. 

 

Allergic Reactions:

If you experience an allergic reaction, please include clear photos when contacting us so we can assist promptly.

 

Refunds, Credits & Exchanges 

  • Credits will be issued within 14 days of receiving and approving your return. 

  • You will be notified via email once your credit has been processed. 

  • Exchanges are dispatched within 3–5 business days after receiving the returned product. 

  • Return shipping, re-shipping, and handling costs are at the customer’s expense. 

 

Incorrect or Faulty Products 

If a product received does not match the description on our website, please contact us immediately at social@lamav.com to arrange an exchange. 

  • Only unused and unopened products are eligible. 

  • LAMAV does not accept responsibility for lost return shipments. 

 

Order Errors 

If an error was made during checkout, contact us immediately via email or phone. 

  • Exchanges may be possible if items are unused and unopened. 

  • Return shipping and re-shipping costs apply. 

 

Sale Items & Promotions 

  • Sale items are final and non-refundable. 

  • Promotional offers that expire between purchase and exchange cannot be reapplied. 

  • LAMAV does not reimburse lost or delayed return parcels. 

 

Free Products & Promotional Offers 

  • Only one coupon code can be applied per order. 

  • Free product promotions cannot be combined with discount codes or reward points.
